Terrance and Desiree joined us at the end of March on our 28 Day Kickstart.
After Terrance’s first body scan, we sat down and spoke about goals. His answer?
Lose 10kg in 6 months.
Less than 2 months later… and almost 50 classes in… he’s already just shy of -10kg.
But this wasn’t a “lose weight fast” scheme.
This was about building a healthier lifestyle, regaining confidence, improving energy, and feeling better again.

And the best part?
It didn’t take over their lives.
They still worked full time.
Still amazing parents to their son.
Still enjoyed life.
