Happy Nowruz 🪻first day of spring (in northern hemisphere)

At Nowruz we celebrate the spring, we honour something much older than any government, ideology, or regime.

Nowruz is more than just the Persian New Year. It is one of the world’s oldest living traditions, celebrated for over 3,000 years across Iran and well beyond. It has been handed down through generations by Persians, Kurds, Afghans, Tajiks, Azerbaijanis, and many other communities in our region and diaspora. It has been observed by Zoroastrians, Jews, Muslims, Christians, Baháʼís, and families who may not identify with any religion but still
gather each year with the same hope of renewal.

That is the beauty of Nowruz. It has never been tied to a single religion, ethnicity, or nation.
It belongs to everyone who believes in light after darkness, in life after hardship, and in the chance to start anew.

For Iranians, Nowruz isn’t just a celebration; it’s woven into the fabric of life itself. It lives in the haft-seen carefully laid out, in the aroma of food rising from the kitchen, in poetry passed
down through generations, in music, in phone calls across the oceans, and in stories told and retold around the table. It carries longing, tenderness, and that fragile yet stubborn hope that a
new year might bring some healing. More than a holiday, it’s one of the deepest ways we remember who we are.

How to fix broken teeth ?!

No Prep Veneers !

Some (but not all) Risks Associated Porcelain Veneers

Let’s talk about some risks of getting veneers done to your teeth. And keep in mind these are possible risks.

1- Gum shrinkage exposing the veneer margins Veneers go up to your gum level, but by getting older your gums might recede - or this can be because of brushing too hard. Due to gum recession, you might start seeing a difference in color.between the tooth near the gum line.

2- Temperature sensitivity of the teeth
Your teeth might get sensitive as some enamel has been polished off in the process of veneer preparation. Usually, the Sensitivity subsides over time.

3- Tooth dying
Any drilling of the enamel surface can potentially cause trauma to the nerve of the tooth hence the tooth dying. although if the preparation is minimal the risk is lower.Above are some of the risks associated with having dental veneers done. None of them might happen to you or some, the best thing to do is to get a qualified health professional’s opinion.
