Our story

Myotherapy is a form of manual therapy which focuses on the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and associated pathologies. It is not MASSAGE, but massage forms part of the treatment. A session normally includes assessment, muscle testing, joint mobilisation, dry needling, myofascial release, stretching and demonstration of maintenance exercises you will have to do at home.
