The sessions are a combination of my 12 years professional training, 24 years of sitting with and deeply listening to people as they speak their truth, express their personal perspectives and remember who and what is important to them.
My practices are based in Mount Martha and Elsternwick

September is a special month for me and it’s been 14 years since myself and my family settled into Mount Martha,. i am so grateful to the wonderful community of people who open their hearts to us and to me in my healing practice.
Most of the people who arrive for a session are recommended to do so by a friend or family member.
The simplest way to learn about my offerings are through my website and by booking a single session.
I can tell you what I offer but it’s only by experiencing the session , you will understand more about who I am and how I can support you ,

Within a Spinal Energetics session, my focus is on accessing specific points in your body that will bring the easiest release of all types of pain and tension.
Please note there is minimal counselling in these sessions.
But book a Integrative Mentoring Session if you want talk therapy.
