About Early Life Nutrition Alliance
Early Life Nutrition Alliance is an international organisation which provides training and resources to health care professionals on nutrition for reproductive conditions, pregnancy and infancy.
Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
Program Optimisation and Delivery
Tracking student progression
Scheduling events
Following up coaches
Making updates to our programs
Manage program Facebook group
Meticulously manage data and apply analytical insights to enhance program effectiveness.
Member Acquisition
Ensure smooth delivery of clarity calls
Following up membership leads
Tracking leads and conversions
Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset to ensure a positive acquisition experience.
Member Progression Sales
Orchestrating promotional events
Scheduling clarity calls
Pursuing leads
Innovate strategies for member progression and retention.
Member Onboarding and Offboarding
Facilitating the smooth onboarding/offboarding
Ensuring all new members feel safe and equipped post their onboarding experience
Ensuring retiring members leave feeling loyal to the ELNA brand
Member Engagement and Retention
Tracking member engagement
Optimising membership retention
Organising bi-annual membership events
Assisting with the building of digital training programs for members to enhance their learning experience
Selection criteria
• Previous experience in membership management or community engagement (1-2 years)
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem solving abilities
• Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Asana, Zoom, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, Email marketing platforms, Social media platforms, Canva)
• Analytical skills - The ability to analyse membership data, track performance metrics, and use insights to refine strategies for growth and retention.
Desirable:
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Proven track record of successful membership growth and retention strategies
• Experience building digital courses and programs
• Sales experience and skills
• Nutrition, Business or Marketing degree
