All new clients are required to have a minimum of two private sessions (some clients may need more) for assessment and programming purposes. After this you will have the option of continuing your private sessions or joining a group session with a maximum of four clients.

Our Story

Precision Pilates Parkdale is owned by Helen New and has been servicing the Parkdale and surrounding areas for ten years now. Helen now teaches out of our sister studio Precision Pilates Windsor full time, leaving the Parkdale studio in the competent hands of her Manager Fil Gosling and a passionate team of staff.

The Windsor Studio was opened 12 months ago, to give Helen a more central Melbourne base to focus on her two specialities, Scoliosis and working with Dancers/Performers. All staff are fully qualified, holding a Diploma or Advanced Diploma ensuring the best care for you the client. Classes are limited to four clients per instructor and programmes individualised to ensure you receive the most from your studio time.
