Say hello to our NEW 55-minute yoga class – a feel-good fusion of strength and stillness, designed to help you reconnect, reset, and find your Upstate of mind amidst the everyday hustle.

Classes kick off Saturday July 26th.

This class will take place at ALL at mat studios:

💛 Ascot Vale, Elsternwick, Fitzroy, Richmond, Geelong, Torquay: Saturdays 10am
💛 Balaclava: Saturdays 11am
💛 Ballarat: Thursdays 7pm + Saturdays 10am
