This morning we created a full sensory experience to kick off a corporate team strategy planning day — a grounding blend of sound bath, meditation, and breathwork designed to help the team pause, slow down, and reset.

Before diving into bold ideas and strategic thinking, we invited everyone to tune inward — creating space for clarity, calm, and connection. From transporting bowls and rugs to transforming the room into a welcoming sanctuary, every detail was intentional.

It’s amazing what shifts when we start the day with presence. So grateful for the mindful leadership at this company.

‘Stop forcing, just allow’ is a mantra that invites a big shift in how we move through life. It’s about trading control for trust, tension for flow. It’s my focus atm.

It means releasing the grip on outcomes, timelines, and expectations, and instead opening to what wants to unfold. It’s not passive; it’s powerful. Because allowing asks us to listen, to align, and to respond from presence rather than pressure.

My nieces discovered the sound bowls today—using them on each other, giggling, and soaking up the vibrations with wide-eyed wonder.

Watching them feel the vibrations and calm in their bodies was pure joy. Curious minds, open hearts… the best kind of healing begins with play.

Are you forcing something?

Relaxed feet are happy feet. And happy feet carry a calmer nervous system.

Start here:
Notice your feet right now, are they gripping the floor, curled tight, bracing for something?
Let them soften. Let them spread.

Tension doesn’t just live in the mind, it shows up in the body. And the feet, often overlooked, quietly hold more than we realise.

Try this:
Your feet carry you through every moment of your day. They absorb tension, respond to stress, and reflect how safe or grounded you feel. When you soften your feet, and even massage them for just a few moments, you send a signal to your whole body ~ ‘we’re safe now.’ It’s a small shift, but it can change everything.
