Your feet carry you through every moment of your day. They absorb tension, respond to stress, and reflect how safe or grounded you feel. When you soften your feet, and even massage them for just a few moments, you send a signal to your whole body ~ ‘we’re safe now.’ It’s a small shift, but it can change everything.
