Can you believe we're already in June?!
If you feel like time is going fast, then this practice is for you.

The intention of this practice is Slow & Steady.

We will transition through different postures slowly which will help you recruit more muscles to build strength effectively. Each posture will be held for a minimum of 6 breaths, giving you space to engage muscles to support you in each pose with stability and ease.

Come back to this practice regularly to:
โ€ข Build full body strength
โ€ข Develop body awareness
โ€ข Slow down in your busy everyday life

What if you knew that like a baby, you didnโ€™t have to do anything to know that you are worthy.

That you are worthy simply because you are alive.

You didnโ€™t have to do or achieve anything to prove to yourself and others.

You are worthy of having fun,
You are worthy of being loved,
You are worthy of having all your base needs met and much much more..
irrespective of all the mental chatter and conditioning that tell you otherwise.

You were born worthy of it all
You were born to receive.

Know that you are worthy of putting yourself first. This is more than a birth right. It is a necessity.

Let's come back to this remembering. Remembering that you are worthy is remembering that you are love โค๏ธ

Thank You.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for being part of this beautiful Carja Yoga community. Over the last five years, Carja Yoga studio has been a hub for those ready to receive the benefits of Yoga. We are deeply grateful for all your support and for giving us an opportunity to teach and share our passion with you.

The last five years have been extraordinary and we are deeply appreciative for every moment from the good times to the unforeseen challenges that we have experienced together.

The Future of Carja Yogaโ€ฆ
As we continue to grow and evolve, so will Carja Yoga. The time has now come for us to let go of the physical studio, as Carja Yoga evolves into an official school โ€“ an academy offering online and in-person courses, retreats and teacher trainings. As Carja Yoga grows, so will our online presence, and this will allow us to serve more people from around the world.

Weโ€™re now currently offering digital courses and trainings, to live in-person retreats, and upcoming teacher training immersions in Bali and Thailand.

Whatโ€™s Happening Now?
We will be offering live virtual yoga classes until 4 February 2022.

Being truthful and being able to look at what holds you back is STRENGTH. Itโ€™s common to think that being vulnerable or seeing your downfalls as weaknesses.

Courage is having the strength to feel your emotions instead of suppressing them.

To question your own beliefs instead of running your mind on autopilot or what is familiar.

Instead of running away from problems, own them.

Letting go of pride is your greatest strength.

๐‘ป๐’‰๐’† ๐’•๐’“๐’–๐’•๐’‰ ๐’˜๐’Š๐’๐’ ๐’”๐’†๐’• ๐’š๐’๐’– ๐‘ญ๐‘น๐‘ฌ๐‘ฌ.

Sometimes we unconsciously choose to hear our own lies over and over and excuses instead of acknowledging the truth.

Strength lies in being authentically true to ourselves and others. Let truth, courage, vulnerability and authenticity be the pillars in which you hold yourself strong in your own presence.
