It’s Never Too Late to Get Stronger
I’m too old to start now.” “I’ve never done strength training before.” “What if I’m not fit enough?”
These are the stories we tell ourselves but here’s what the science says:
A study from McMaster University (2014) showed that adults in their 70s and even 80s can gain strength, mobility and independence with just 12 weeks of guided strength training.
In fact, one of the study’s lead researchers said:
“Muscle is like a renewable resource — it responds to training at any age.”
Whether you’re 35 or 65, your body can adapt. You can feel better, move easier, and build confidence again. It just takes a clear plan, the right guidance, and a supportive environment.
