Moreland West Medical Centre underwent a change of ownership and management in December 2014. It went from a single general practitioner medical practice to a multiple general practitioner practice also providing specialist services such as psychiatry, psychologist, laser medical acupuncture, counselling and integrative medicine. Moreland West Medical Centre will continue to be a doctor-owned family medical practice. The doctors working at this practice are highly trained and experienced GPs with a wide range of interests and a caring ethos. They encourage a collaborative environment which nurtures patients and staff. The clinic will continue to bulk bill disabled and aged pensioners. The centre has undergone rapid changes and has expanded into a larger medical clinic providing more doctors, more appointments and is fully computerized.
