future appointments & payments run as smooth as possible & all guests enjoy their experience equally

•Booking Treatments in an organised manner
& in advance is always advised, so you can secure the most convenient time & availability for your needs. Saturday's particularly are snapped up quickly, nearly 12months in advance (wow!)

•When on the website click the
'Make a booking' link & it will always direct
you to the most current & newly restructured 2025 Treatment Menu & information, you can use this to book & reschedule your own appointments easily

•Treatment confirmations are sent via text message the day you make your appointments

•Treatment reminders are sent via text message 72hrs prior to your appointment. Please respond with Yes.
Or you can reschedule online to a future

•Deposits/booking fees are required for securing your appointments, these are not refundable

•Treatments & packages under $300 will require a $25 deposit when booking online
