A professional Manicure & Pedicure
let's your natural nails shine!
With cuticles immaculate, precision polish
& the skin on your hands & feet soft, exfoliated
& moisturised beautifully...

Between your treatments, you can also keep them in top condition by ~

•Keeping your organic hand & body cream,
heel balms & moisture replenishing oils at your bedside table ready to use each night,
to keep your hands & feet supple

•Clip & file nails short to avoid breakage if
you have thin nails

•Use a 3way buffer once every few weeks
on the nail plate to maintain shine
& reduce ridges

•Avoid dehydration & stripping of natural moisture in the skin & nails by washing in warm, not hot water, & choosing only sulphate free & fragrance (parfum) free body washes
& handwashes

•Avoid acetone based polish removers,
these overly strip moisture from your nails,
can cause flaking, peeling & are carcinogenic
(no thank you!)

•Wear gloves everytime when washing dishes
at the sink, as your skin & any type of detergent (made to lift grease & oils) are definitely not friends!

•Moisturise your hands & feet multible times
a day as needed, & if using hand sanitisers, they'll need extra nourishment & attention

•Use an oil based salt or sugar scrub to exfoliate your hands & feet at home once a week for a soft & silky feel ~ which also enhaces the absorbtion of your moisture creams & heelbalms

2026 is your year for change & for self care!

Consistency is key ~ Scheduling your
regular treatments to keep you feeling your
best & your skin glowing too!

•Massage & Infrared Sauna treatments are best booked every 4-6 weeks for general rest, recovery, relaxation & you wish to de-stress!
Both Massage & the Infrared Sauna can
also be booked every 1-2 weeks if you are participating in intense exercise/gym workouts, or have an ongoing pain issue needing management

•Skin Therapy such as Enzyme Facials,
Skin Needling, Bio needling or Corrective
Peels are most beneficial every 4-6weeks.

Remember daily homecare between treatments is a must. You can top up your Cosmeceutical Skincare products, Skin supplements & Micro needling kits as
needed, simply msg me & they'll be ready!

A series of Facials every few weeks will be recommended for guests needing assistance with chronic skin conditions such a Acne, until the issue is resolved & then a maintenance plan of every 6 weeks. Please note that a recommendation to see a Dermal Therapist, Blood analysis specialist & Naturopath will be recommended to guests needing further health testing & treatment for overall holistic skin management of your conditions.

•Spa Manicure/Pedicure's are highly recommended every 4-6 weeks to keep the nails & cuticles in best condition, to exfoliate the skin & remove callus & cracks completely.
These are also soo relaxing!
A Mini Manicure/Pedicure is recommended if your hands & feet are in great condition & only need a quick tidy & basic foot buffing.

•Body & Facial Waxing or Lash & Brow services
are recommended every 3-6weeks.
This keeps appointments efficient & reduces discomfort. These specific treatments are booked 'by time' as a minimum 30min, 1hr, 90min, 2hr or 3hr session.

Carly your Therapist will help you organise your future treatment times at your next appointment. Alternatively, you can also make your own appointments for multiple treatments easily in advance, & reschedule as needed by booking online today.
