I’m still buzzing from the Sam Fender concert in Melbourne a few weeks ago. There’s something about live music that feels almost spiritual: the way a crowd breathes as one, the way a single lyric hits you right in the heart and the way sound becomes something you can feel in your whole body.

I love how music pulls us into the present moment and connects us to something bigger than ourselves. Nights like that stay with you. ✨🎶

Saturday felt like a true Sacred Pause — a moment to slow down, soften and breathe. ✨

With Anita’s soulful cello, Reiki and meditation, the Zen Den at Infinite Co. filled with stillness and peace.

It was an honour to hold space for such beautiful, open-hearted women as they rested, recharged, reconnected with themselves and allowed time to simply be.

The Oasis concert in Melbourne on Friday night was full of incredible energy and emotion. It was a powerful reminder of how music connects us, heals us and carries us through life’s highs and lows. 🌙

Hearing my 19-year-old son, Isaac, sing every word to each song, surrounded by thousands of voices across generations, was something I’ll never forget. 🎶

✨ Some of the most profound and deeply sacred moments arrive quietly and simply.

Last week, an echidna wandered around my feet completely unafraid. Usually shy and elusive, this gentle creature lingered as if to remind me of something ancient and true. That when our energy is calm and our hearts are open, nature feels it too.

In that stillness, time softened. I felt the power of presence, the kind that awakens when we’re fully here, when we’re not reaching, not rushing, just being. 🌿

On a spiritual journey, it’s often the smallest encounters that hold the greatest wisdom. A humble echidna, a shared moment of trust, a whisper from the Earth showing us that peace and connection can be found when we least expect it. 🌏💫
