Yesterday, my beautiful son brought me a bunch of roses. No big occasion, just love. 🌹

He knew I had been feeling sad — it was my mum’s 77th birthday on Sunday, and she’s no longer with us.

That simple gesture… it said I see you, I remember, I’m here.

Gratitude doesn’t always come in grand moments — sometimes, it’s in quiet, thoughtful acts that remind us love lives on. 💛

I’m feeling deeply grateful after tonight’s Cacao by Candlelight: Yin, Breath & Sound Healing Journey held on the powerful Lionsgate Portal. The energy in the space was nothing short of magical.

A heartfelt thank you to Elle, Ecca and Jess for holding such a grounded, nourishing and expansive container. Your beautiful energy, presence, and the obvious passion you have for your work radiated through every moment and brought such joy to my heart. It was clear how much love and intention you poured into the experience—from the cacao to the yin movement, breathwork, sound healing and Reiki.

Thank you for creating such a heart-led sanctuary for transformation and connection. I’ll be carrying this energy with me for a long time. ✨
