We know you have many questions about Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs). We are still experiencing significant demand for these products, stock remains limited and we are working hard to improve supply. The good news is that more consistent supply is expected in the coming weeks. RATs will be available from participating pharmacies FREE of charge for eligible Australians through The Rapid Antigen Testing Concessional Access Program and for general purchase outside of this program.
Through the program, eligible Commonwealth concession card holders will be permitted to receive a maximum of ten free tests in a three month period with a maximum of five tests in any one month. You are eligible if you hold a valid; Pensioner Concession Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card, Department of Veterans' Affairs Gold, White or Orange Card, Health Care Card, or Low Income Health Card.
