That feeling when the needle hits the right spot. 😌

Dry needling is one of the tools we use here at Activ8 Myotherapy to help release tight, overworked muscles. It works by targeting trigger points, those stubborn knots that just won't budge with stretching alone.

It looks a little intense on camera, but most clients find it surprisingly relaxing once they're on the table.
