• What do you do for self kindness + care?

Here I am lying on my acupressure giving my upper neck and back some much needed TLC.

I am such a huge advocate for caring for yourself using holistic and natural solutions as much as possible and this mat and the neck roll I'm on in this picture has helped sort out my migraines + along with my essential oils, I've managed to stop them from full blown developing.

Pretty amazing lying there waiting for that 'head in a vice' feeling but it never comes and instead settles into a dull ache then disappears. 🤩

This mat has taken care of me for years now + I wouldn't be without it. X

Remote Learning lunch (breakfast 😂) orders have arrived + the kids LOVE them!

Thank you so much Airs & Grazing Events the remote learning boxes are fantastic, great value + full of variety with sweet treats, savoury, fruit + veg.

These are a small size and are more than enough for my 3 kiddos to nibble on during the day.

They accommodated my requests + changes and had great customer service. Plus delivered to my door. 👍

If you want a treat for the kids (or yourself) they do all sorts of platters + yumminess.

Watcha doin' to support + strengthen your immune system naturally?.....🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Here's some ideas + what I like to do for me + my family....

Increase your consumption of real foods, wholefoods, inflammatory herbs + spices, plenty of fresh (filtered if you can) water + of course exercise however you can. If it's a daily walk great, sitting in a chair doing light arm + leg weights, just do whatever you can to keep that fresh, oxygenated blood pumping around your bod.😉

And get some lovely winter sunshine, particularly on your upper body/chest/stomach. Vitamin D is massive for our immune system + the sun is the BEST source of natural Vitamin D. 😃

I love to also incorporate plant medicine, essential oils, herbal remedies, homeopathy + whatever else I can get my hands on.

I aim to give my body + immune system everything it needs + craves to be in the best position it can be should it come under attack.
