I believe a life of meaning, fulfillment and happiness is possible for every person, from those with slightly tiresome moods or
behaviours to those with severely wounded pasts. Initially I can assist with the challenges directly affecting your day to day life. These might require attention so that you are feeling better, more empowered and not at the mercy of stress/anxiety/negative moods which keep coming up. Subsequently I can help you resolve adverse past or childhood experiences to overcome the patterns which create challenges. That initial call or message to inquire about therapy can be hard. It takes years for some of these challenges to develop and they might not want to be given up which creates resistance to starting therapy.
