🍂 April Yin, Pin & Sound THEME: Letting go and creating space

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn is the season of the Lungs and Large Intestine, the organs that are deeply connected to the rhythm of holding on and letting go. 🍂

The Lungs are more than about breath. They hold our grief, our emotions and our ability to fully receive life. In balance, they bring clarity and openness, while when burdened, we can feel heavy, stuck or unable to fully let go.

Paired with this is the Large Intestine, the organ of release. It teaches us what to keep and what to gently let go of, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. Together, they guide us to honour what’s been and release what no longer serves.

This month’s Yin, Pin & Sound is a soft, intentional space to meet that process. It’s an invitation to breathe, to release tension and to clear the clutter your body and mind have been carrying.
