Our Yin, Pin & Sound Experience is a deeply restorative evening designed to help you unwind the stress you’ve been carrying — the kind that no amount of sleep or scrolling can fix.

Through Yin Yoga, your body gently releases.
Through Acupuncture, energy begins to flow again.
Through the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, sound vibrations ripple through you, melting tension you didn’t even realise you were holding.

This isn’t just rest. It’s a reset for your mind, body, and spirit.

🕯️ Each month we work with a different theme, inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the natural rhythm of the seasons, helping you return to balance... one slow, intentional breath at a time.

Lately, it feels like so many of us are running on empty... giving, doing, showing up for others while quietly carrying so much inside. We move from one thing to the next, rarely stopping long enough to breathe, to feel, to listen to what our hearts truly need.
