Here’s a simple recipe to make your own at home:
🌼 1 tbsp dried chrysanthemum flowers
🔥 2 cups hot water

🫚 (Optional) 1–2 slices of fresh ginger for warmth
Add the chrysanthemum flowers (and ginger) to a teapot. Pour hot water over the flowers and let it steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain into a cup, add honey or sugar if desired, and enjoy.
