Prospect Box Hill Reached Practical Completion

Despite the unprecedented harsh and challenging conditions thrusted upon the building industry for the past 24 months, the Prospect project team has come good on its task to steer the project to its successful completion. Practical completion is now imminent with the Statement of Compliance just issued. The month of August saw the commencement of the settlement process with the first batch of proud purchasers finally gaining possession of their prized properties.

The project will provide 194 apartments together with world-class amenities including a porte cochere, pool, gym and concierge service, as well as co-working office space.

Point Polaris is proud to be working with the team to deliver yet another iconic building to shape Box Hill’s new, spectacular skyline.

Point Polaris is excited to welcome Jessica Ramphul to our growing family. Jessica has joined as Assistant Project Manager to assist the team in delivering great outcomes for our clients.

Chris Kelly, Associate Director at Point Polaris, said: “Having recently gained work experience on the contractor side, and gaining a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying and Masters in Project Management, we are excited to see Jessica make this transition and continue to grow and learn in nuances of Client Side Project Management at Point Polaris.”

Today the Point Polaris team start the Push-Up Challenge where we will complete 3,139 push ups over 24 days to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to su***de in 2020 and raise awareness on mental health.
