Prospect Box Hill Reached Practical Completion

Despite the unprecedented harsh and challenging conditions thrusted upon the building industry for the past 24 months, the Prospect project team has come good on its task to steer the project to its successful completion. Practical completion is now imminent with the Statement of Compliance just issued. The month of August saw the commencement of the settlement process with the first batch of proud purchasers finally gaining possession of their prized properties.

The project will provide 194 apartments together with world-class amenities including a porte cochere, pool, gym and concierge service, as well as co-working office space.

Point Polaris is proud to be working with the team to deliver yet another iconic building to shape Box Hill’s new, spectacular skyline.

The Lunar New Year was in full swing yesterday as we treated some of Melbourne's top Developers to a banquet style lunch.

Project Director, Ben Yap welcomed our guests and reflected upon the past year and wished prosperity and success for the year ahead.

Lunch opened with a traditional “Low Sang" or "Prosperity Toss" of the noodles believing that the higher the noodle toss, the better your prospects and fortune in the year ahead.

Construction Commenced at Western Gardenia:

Just in time before the snap lockdown, were invited to celebrate this special milestone for Fountainstone Group with a breaking ground ceremony at West Gardenia.

The first turn of sod coincided with a toast to a happy Lunar New Year.

Monthly site progress visit to inspect the works completed to date. Defecting is well underway on the lower portion of the tower with curtain wall façade works nearing completion.
