What an amazing morning at the Wellness Run in Melbourne — sunshine, a little rain, and an atmosphere full of good energy and community spirit. 🌦️💙

K2 Health is proud to support Beyond Blue and continue promoting mental health, movement, and injury-free living across the Bayside community. As physiotherapists working closely with sailors, golfers, runners, and everyday athletes, we love seeing events that bring people together to move, recover, and stay healthy.

A special shout-out to my long-time supporter from my Olympic sailing campaigns, Paul Schultz, who is now importing the incredible 4K AAD Nordic sunglasses. These are next-level for sailing, running, and outdoor sports — highly recommend checking them out. 😎⛵️

What an amazing day at the Victoria Golf Club Charity Event — raising funds for three incredible local organisations:
💙 The Queens Fund
💙 Bayside Women’s Refuge
💙 Bayside Community Emergency Relief

These groups provide vital support for women and families in need, and we are so proud of the success of this charity event and grateful that K2 Health could be part of contributing to such meaningful causes.

A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers, golfers and supporters whose generosity made the day truly special.

We’re honoured to be part of a community that comes together to create real impact. 💙

Congratulations Nellie!
A huge shoutout to Nellie for her incredible run at the Melbourne Marathon over the weekend.

When she first came to K2 Health, Nellie was experiencing lower back pain during her long runs around the 20 km mark. Through targeted assessment and specific strength exercises, she built the control and endurance to keep pushing toward her goal.

We’re so proud to say she crossed the finish line in 4 hours and 14 minutes.
An amazing achievement — a true example of consistency, patience, and smart training paying off.

Schuss B63 – Sailing Physio Update
Sharon Parsons, our sailing physiotherapist, crewed onboard Schuss (owned by Denis McConnell) at RBYC on Saturday. Sharon will continue working closely with Denis on his rehabilitation program, supporting him to stay strong and enjoy more time on the water.

👏 Congratulations Sam Smith!
Sam represented the U14 Southern Sharks at the Junior State Hockey Championships, finishing 4th overall in a nail-biting final. 🏑

In the lead-up, Sam worked with K2 Health Director Krystal Weir on running mechanics, strength, balance, and injury prevention — building the foundations for long-term athletic success. 💪⚡

Fantastic effort, Sam — both in your preparation and on the field! 👏

🎉 Huge Congratulations to Ella & Maya! 🎉

They’ve just taken out the Old School Team section at the School Aerobics National Championships in Hobart, making them three-time back-to-back champions in this division – what an incredible achievement! 👏

Special shoutout to Maya, who also placed 2nd in the Queensland School Pairs/Trio section with her partner Holly.

Next stop ➡️ The Gold Coast, where they’ll be competing to qualify for the World Championships in Prague 🌍✨

At K2 Health, we’ve been working closely with Ella & Maya on their injury prevention programs, focusing on hip rehabilitation and strength to help them stay strong and perform at their best.
