I also conduct Aero Pilates classes that increase core strength, toning of the legs and a huge cardio fitness workout that burns many calories. My qualifications were through the Australian Pilates Academy & Elixr School of Pilates, I also have done a course in Physiolgy & Anatomy. I am also qualified as a pregnancy instructor and hold a current certificate for 1st Aid.
