SLEEP HYGIENE 💤
Sleep is vital to our wellbeing, physical and mental. It gives us the time to recharge and process information. Good sleep hygiene or sleep habits can improve your mood and memory as well as your immune system.

DOs
✅ create a bedtime routine
✅ exercise earlier in the day
✅ keep a regular schedule

DONTs
❌ don’t use electronics right before sleep
❌ no caffeine or other stimulants after lunch
❌ don’t go to bed hungry or too full

OVARIAN CANCER AWARENESS MONTH
Each year about 1300 Australian women find out they have ovarian cancer.
Symptoms can be vague and commonly misdiagnosed. Above 70% of diagnoses happen at a late stage with a 29% chance of survival after 5 years.
