If you have ongoing health issues or unexplained fatigue/pain/inflammation this is something to consider.

And so very sad that through incorrect advice, potentially more than 90% of pregnant women miscarried.

If you have any of these ongoing effects there are researched ways to improve this so reach out.

Several new studies are finding more effects of the spike protein vaccines on the health of people who have had these shots.

As I reported in an earlier article here, even if someone doesn’t get initial side effects from the CV vaccines, it doesn’t mean that they are ok or won’t get ongoing or later issues. The main issue with the mRNA type vaccines (Pfizer or Moderna) or the GMO chimpanzee adenovirus vaccine (AstraZeneca) or others, is that they all trick your body and your cells to make the CV-19 spike protein to trigger an immune system response and to develop antibodies for protection against future exposures to this virus. This should also remind people that there’s another issue here, that these shots do not confer long-term or permanent antibodies or immunity, otherwise no-one who gets these shots should ever get COVID again, and we know that doesn’t happen! Vaccine-induced antibodies are short-lived and will wane and disappear, often as quickly as 1-2 months after the shot in some people. Hence why more and more “boosters” are being recommended.

But back to the main issue of all these CV-19 shots – that there is no “off” switch. People who have had these will continuously produce the spike proteins. Unfortunately the spike protein is not only the infective part of the coronavirus itself, but the most damaging part too. Hence it wasn’t the best protein to use for the vaccine antigen in hindsight. If your cells are continuously producing spike proteins, you will be affected by chronic inflammation, oxidative damage, and constant immune system triggers which damages and reduces the white blood cells (your immune system) and other effects, which leads to organ and cell damage, and reduced immune system function, which in turn causes increased predisposition to other infections and even cancers. This is why so many people now are finding they have thyroid conditions, low kidney function, liver damage and low function, infertility, heart disease, and increased mental health symptoms, and more cancers, because of the high inflammation and oxidative damage from the constant spike protein production.

I’ve also come across an article of 320 peer-reviewed and published studies showing that the spike protein used in the CV-19 shots are damaging (ie, pathogenic) to the body, and hence why these shots are causing so many side effects, and chronic symptoms and conditions. See the link in the References for more information on these studies (Wucher & Sass, 2024).

A recent study in pre-print (yet to be peer-reviewed) has found people who have had the CV-19 shots are still producing the spike proteins after 709 days (almost 2 years) after the last vaccination (Bhattacharjee et al., 2025). Other studies I have written about in the early days of these vaccines found people were still producing the spike proteins at 6 and 12 months later. As time goes on, there will likely be more long-term studies which find the spike proteins are still being produced over a longer period.

Other findings in this study include that 52% of people who had these shots had severe ongoing side effects, and 70% had some side effects within 10 days of vaccination. Also, high levels of exhausted white blood cell types, increased inflammation markers, and the general health of people who have had the shots was “far below” the general US population average, indicating a lower quality of life. The most frequent reported symptoms following these shot include excessive fatigue (85%), tingling and numbness (80%), exercise intolerance (80%), brain fog (77.5%), difficulty concentrating or focusing (72.5%), trouble falling or staying asleep (70%), neuropathy (70%), muscle aches (70%), anxiety (65%), tinnitus (60%) and burning sensations (57.5%).

Another peer-reviewed and published study has found that the spike protein can cross the placenta into an unborn foetus within ONE HOUR of the shot (Chen et al., 2025), and start to accumulate in foetal tissues in 4-6 hours. This was proven in mouse studies, as obviously we can’t use pregnant women in these studies, due to the huge potential risk to both the mother and baby. This is exactly why there is a scientific protocol and ethics boards who oversee these studies, to prevent pregnant women from being used in such studies. But we hear our doctors and so-called government health officials and advertising saying that these (and other) vaccines are safe for pregnant women! But there is no evidence of this safety AT ALL.

There ARE retrospective studies who have looked at pregnant women who went with their doctor’s advice and got the CV-19/mRNA shots, and these studies found that 92% of pregnant women had miscarriages as a result. I have previously posted on this with full references to studies and data showing this.

Always be informed and aware of what you put in or on your body, especially if you are pregnant (or planning on getting pregnant).

If you are having ongoing health issues from the continuous spike protein production, or have never been the same since these shots, there are ways to reduce the effects of the spike protein, and ways to even detoxify or remove them! This will need a personalised investigation and treatment plan, which is what I can do.

This post isn’t about infant sleep—I promise. But let me start there anyway.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know I have three kids, & my youngest loves being fed to sleep. I took her to sleep school, she learned to sleep on her own, and then completely regressed 🤦‍♀️

The other morning, I hit my breaking point. I was frustrated! So I made a decision. I held strong and rocked her to sleep instead. That night, I did the same. And then, to my surprise, the next morning, when I put her in her cot, she just went to sleep. The same thing happened that night and for most naps since.

So, why am I telling you this if it’s not about sleep? Because this is about deciding to make a change—and being consistent and persistent. It’s a lesson we hear often when it comes to baby sleep, but it applies to all aspects of life.

I see this play out with mums in my Vibrant Mum Project. Some join for a month, don’t engage much, or never check out the incredible resources in the portal. They feel like it didn’t help. Others? They join, stick around for a year or more, show up to the Zoom calls, reply to my emails with questions or updates, and notice real, lasting changes in their health and their family’s wellbeing.

So, which category would you put yourself in? Are you someone who tries something but doesn’t stick to it? Or are you committed and consistent?

I’ll admit—I was in the first category for most of my life. But this past year changed me. Having a baby with cow’s milk protein and soy intolerance (plus reactions to so many other foods) forced me to stick to an extremely strict diet while breastfeeding. If I had tried to do that for myself, I know I would have given in. But doing it for her? It meant everything. She thrived, and honestly, so did I. I felt great.

What made the difference? I was invested. It mattered deeply to me that she was happy, that she was comfortable.

So here’s the takeaway: when something truly matters to us, we’re more likely to be persistent and consistent. The trick is figuring out what really means something to you—and showing up for it.

I absolutely love Thai red curry. Every time I eat it, I’m flooded with memories. Back when I was younger and working at Daimaru, I’d always treat myself to a little bowl of steamed rice with just the red curry sauce during my break. It was a small indulgence because, let’s face it, I was on a budget back then!

Tonight, I decided to make Thai red curry from scratch. We could have gone for takeaway, but there’s something so satisfying about cooking after the kids are in bed. It’s almost like therapy—standing in the kitchen, chopping veggies while something plays on the iPad in the background.

One of the best things about making it at home? I can pack it with as many vegetables as I like and tweak the flavors just how I want them. Tonight’s batch had zucchini, mushrooms, carrot, and even a handful of bok choy I needed to use up.

There’s so much joy in creating something that’s not just delicious but also nourishing. Plus, the smells wafting through the house? Instant mood booster.

Well it is about time!!

Did anyone else get caught up in the Yoto saga?? We ordered the girls some screen free music players for Xmas. I placed the order at the start of the Black Friday sales on the 25/11 and they are only arriving today 😮

I’ve never had a company take so long to ship an item.. they graciously gave us a voucher, as they did provide Xmas delivery. So if anyone has one and can recommend any favourite cards let me know!

My daughter had a meltdown this evening while the baby was trying to go to sleep. Rather than risk waking her by heading upstairs, we slipped out into the garden. I dragged her over to the lavender as a distraction, hoping to gently stop the yelling. We picked a few stems and sat down on the grass.

At first, she wasn’t interested at all. But when I rubbed a few petals between my fingers, releasing that intense, calming scent, her curiosity kicked in. We sniffed it together, and her cries started to fade.

You’ve probably heard that lavender is calming—but do you know why? Lavender contains linalool, a natural compound that interacts with the brain’s GABA receptors. These are the same receptors that help soothe anxiety and promote relaxation, which is why lavender has such a gentle but powerful calming effect.

And that simple act of sitting on the grass? That’s grounding, also known as earthing. The earth’s surface is rich in negative ions, which can help reduce inflammation, balance our nervous system, and even improve our mood. It’s like giving your body a little reset.

So, to an outsider, it might have looked like we just went to the garden and smelt some flowers. But on a deeper level, we were calming her nervous system with the lavender and reconnecting her body and mind with grounding.

When you just can’t anymore.. when you’ve had the worst afternoon, and just want takeaway, but you’ve been on the strictest diet for almost a year to help your breastfed baby thrive.

So you order pizza and hope she doesn’t hate you. I guess we’ll find out tomorrow..

I have been dairy free since she was 3 weeks old. She had shocking silent reflux and when I found out that dairy and soy could be the trigger I quickly eliminated them. But when her symptoms didn’t completely go away I also eliminated egg, coconut, chickpeas, buckwheat, sesame, chicken, beef and more. For those that have been through this you’ll understand and agree. For those that haven’t this will likely seem crazy as this is purely subjective. So many times I’ve wondered if I made all this up. But so many times I reintroduced a food and she was fussier or had more mucous in her poo, or woke congested and refluxy. So this was something I could control.

I didn’t just eat pizza w***y nilly I promise you. She has been thriving on solids so I have had small amounts of dairy over the last week and she didn’t have the full blown reactions of the past. I have tried other foods this week and she’s been ok. We’ve done a lot of gut healing so I hope this leap doesn’t bite me in the butt! (That will look like me being awake a lot with a baby who no longer likes to sleep at night because she feels yukky ). So wish me luck.

I really didn’t think pizza would be my first cheat food though - I would have guessed Thai 😂
