For all of you interested in mental health and the many techniques out there I highly recommend this course on Utilisation called “There is no such thing as a weed” - hosted by one of my mentors and friend Bill O'Hanlon
He had such a beautiful way of explaining things that I always feel at ease of learning something new or revisiting something I had already learned.
