🌕 Full Moon — 1st February

Full moons don’t create chaos —
they amplify what’s already there.

In the body, this can feel like:
restlessness, heightened emotion, trouble sleeping, or a sudden urge to move or speak truths you’ve been holding back.

Not because anything is wrong —
but because energy is peaking.

The horses feel this too.

You may notice them more alert, more sensitive, more responsive to their environment.
Not “naughty.”
Not unsettled.
Just aware.

Horses live in constant conversation with the world around them.
When the moon is full, that conversation gets louder.

For us, the full moon often brings things to the surface.
For horses, it sharpens presence.

Both are forms of intelligence.

This is a time for:

-less forcing
-more listening
-gentler handling
-clear boundaries
and grounded breath

Not a time to push change —
but to notice what is ready.

The full moon doesn’t ask us to do more.
It asks us to pay attention.

And when we slow enough to listen,
both our bodies and the horses show us exactly what they need. 🌕🐎✨

It's the first of February!

"Rabbit, Rabbit, Rabbit!" 🐇🐇🐇

This tradition, believed to have originated in the UK, is more than just a quirky superstition. Folklore suggests that by uttering these words first thing in the morning on the first of the month, we invite good fortune into our lives. The idea is rooted in the belief that rabbits, with their quick reflexes and keen senses, symbolize protection and vigilance—qualities that bring safety and prosperity.

Some say "Rabbits, Rabbits, Rabbits" or "White Rabbit, White Rabbit, White Rabbit," while others follow it with "Pinch, punch, first of the month, white rabbit!" Each variation carries the same intent: to ward off negativity and welcome a month filled with positive energy.

In my family, this tradition is a cherished way to start fresh—a small ritual that connects us to something greater and brings a renewed sense of hope.

So, here's to a month filled with good luck for one and all. ❤🐇🐇🐇

Full Wolf SuperMoon in Cancer
January 3 | 13° Cancer

As we approach the Full Wolf SuperMoon in Cancer, the sky opens a powerful emotional threshold — one that speaks to belonging, responsibility, protection, and the deep memory carried in the body.

This Moon rises at 13° Cancer, closely aligned with Jupiter, amplifying Cancer’s terrain: home, family, ancestry, emotional safety, and the places where we feel most vulnerable — or most nourished. Feelings may run high, but they are not without meaning. This is emotional truth seeking acknowledgment.

Opposite the Moon, a rare & weighty Capricorn stellium — the Sun, Venus & Mars — forms the backbone of this lunation. This opposition highlights a living tension between the inner world & the outer structures of our lives:
between what we feel & what we are building,

2026 Starts With a Bang! 🌕

The first Full Moon of the year arrives this Saturday, January 3rd. Known as the Wolf Moon, this lunar event is also a Supermoon, appearing approximately 7% larger and 15% brighter than an average full moon as it nears its closest orbital point to Earth.

✨ Bonus Skywatch: Look for a bright "star" accompanying the Moon—that is the gas giant Jupiter, which is currently in conjunction with our lunar neighbor.
