World Mental Health Day
As a counsellor, I have the privilege of working with people who are truly brave and strong in the face of mental health challenges.
On this World Mental Health Day, I want to remind everyone that seeking help isn't a sign of weakness—it's an act of courage.
Every step toward healing, no matter how small, takes incredible strength.
We all have mental health, and it’s time to let go of the stigma and start normalizing the conversation around it.
Let’s create a world where reaching out for support is seen as a strength, not something to hide.
To those battling silently—you are not alone.
Keep showing up for yourself.
