GYM - Our Boutique Health Club is nothing like your normal run of the mill commercial gym. We are a place like no other and have built a fantastic community spirit throughout with our annual social events and helping out a number of charities. Having personal trainers on the floor throughout most of the day taking small group sessions and classes every 30-45 mins is just one part of our membership, it also includes Zumba, boxing and all other fitness classes. Our trainers are here to get to know you and your requirements so they can assist you to achieve your health and fitness goals. We also run our very popular Fitness and Health Transformation programs which have guaranteed results in which have changed people’s lives for the better. Our last challenge the participants combined lost over 100kgs and 850cm. This is extremely rewarding as a Fitness Centre to see our members with such massive health improvements. We offer a wide range of services from Injury treatment and rehabilitation, weight loss, nutrition, relaxation and so much more. If you are unsure which service may best suit you, please contact us on (03) 93118271 to speak with one of our experienced staff to discuss your needs prior to booking in your appointment. Our store within also wholesales and retails fitness equipment and nutrition supplements. CLINIC - Our health club also boasts a Wellbeing Clinic within which provides Massage, Myotherapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic & Bowen Therapy services just to name a few. PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE REBATES - For those with private health insurance, on the spot rebates are available with participating health funds through the HICAPS terminal. Please note that not all health funds allow on the spot claims (particularly for Myotherapy and Remedial Massage) thus rebates may still need to be claimed manually. As all health funds rebates are different, it is advised that you check with your fund to confirm what your individual rebate will be. WORK COVER, TAC, EPC AND OTHER THIRD PARTY BILLING - All our therapists are registered with Work Cover however only Chiropractic services can be claimed through TAC and EPC program (Medicare funded treatments).
