I am a passionate Kinesiologist and have been working in the field of Natural Health and Kinesiology for over 11 years. My journey into this work began with my own health challenges. When I couldn’t find answers through the medical system, and was faced with lifelong medication, fear, and uncertainty, I found help through Kinesiology. This powerful approach played a profound part in my healing — and inspired me to become a Kinesiologist so I could help others on their own healing journeys. Kinesiology was a major part of my healing journey — but the other part was me. With Kinesiology, I learned to see clearly where my body, mind, emotions, and overall health were out of balance. My Kinesiologist helped identify and correct these imbalances, but the real transformation came when I committed to making the necessary changes in my daily life. It became like a compass for me, gently revealing answers, step by step, at the right time. I discovered what was causing my imbalance — whether mental, physical, nutritional, or emotional — and slowly, with awareness and guidance, I made the changes I needed. For me, it took eight years to turn my health around. Even now, life brings new challenges. Some sessions were raw and painful. Some steps forward, followed by setbacks. But through patience, self-awareness, and commitment, I began to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Here’s the truth: whether you work with me or another practitioner, guidance and support can be offered, but you are the one who holds the leading role in your own healing. Real, lasting change happens when you take full ownership of your health and your life. If you’re ready to step in fully — with courage, awareness, and an open heart — I will create the space for your body’s innate healing system to do what it is designed to do. I am far from perfect. I make mistakes, just like everyone else. There are times when I lose sight of my deep inner knowing and trust. Sometimes I even question the work I do and wonder if it truly makes a difference, until life challenges my health, and I am reminded why I trust Kinesiology.

Can I tell you from first-hand experience that Kinesiology works? Absolutely.
Can I tell you it has helped me heal, more than once or twice? Yes, without a doubt.

Even when I lose faith or stray from my path, Kinesiology always brings me back to my centre, my purpose, and my beliefs, restoring a sense of balance and wholeness.

Beliefs often come from our outer world—they’re shaped by what we’re taught or influenced to accept. A knowing, on the other hand, comes from deep within. It’s that quiet inner voice, your instinct, your gut feeling—your own truth guiding you.

Our Story

Kinesiology is my passion. It allows the body to truly heal and enables you to be the best version of yourself that you can be.

I was diagnosed with a very under active Thyroid (Hashimoto's Auto-Immune Disease). Kinesiology sessions cleared pathways so my body could heal itself, as it has been designed to do.

​The body can only communicate to you with symptoms. These symptoms are telling you that something needs your attention. If you ignore them, the body will communicate to you with even more. Before you know it, there is so much going on in your body you don't know where to begin. I know. I have been there.

I have healed from Hashimoto’s naturally. The body can truly heal itself given the right support, and clearing those blocks that are in the way. It takes work, time and most of all commitment. Healing is a journey.
