His new app is awesome, the meals are delicious and its everything you need to get back on track with fitness. Take the plunge, I've been doing it for the last 6 weeks and I'm feeling the difference. He does well to put up with my moaning and eye rolls but I'm loving it! Don't tell him 🙄
