Based in Mornington, my aim is to offer a safe and supportive environment to empower you to heal and to make real change at a fundamental, energetic level and move forward with greater peace, love and purpose. Drawing on a range of skills and tools, healings encompass the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. My life experiences allow me to bring deep compassion to my work, guiding others to further their own understanding, to grow and evolve with more clarity. I have been actively pursuing a deeper spiritual understanding of my own and others' existence for 3 decades through meditation and study. I am a trained Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and love to share my passion for how meditation and mindfulness has reshaped my life. Perhaps you’re experiencing some anxiety or stress and want some practical tools to help with that. I run an 8-week course that’s specifically designed for this. Let me teach you how to create some calm amidst the chaos. I am a devotee of Amma, the world-renowned Spirtual Master and humanitarian.
