Massage plays a significant therapeutic role in today's busy world, where stress-related, psychological and physiological health problems are commonplace. It can treat soft tissue pain caused by strain and injury, or just relieve the stress of day-to-day living, improving your health and wellbeing. A massage therapist treats most of the body’s soft tissues including muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia (connective tissue). If you have suffered an injury, a massage therapist will provide exercises and stretches to lessen or eliminate these problems.

Today I say goodbye to the Manchester Unity Building but not farewell to Myotherapy.
I'm relocating to my home in North Fitzroy & that's where you'll find me.
It's been an amazing journey working in the city. This is a photo of me when I moved into the building back in 2009. I've met many people along the way and looking forward to a new chapter in my life.
