β Encourage your child (or teenager) to get comfortable talking about their strengths. ππ» Get them to practice speaking aloud with you! In doing so, they'll gain knowledge of how to confidently communicate their personal brand!β£β£

β Help them to dress in a way that articulates professionalism AND uniqueness. π¨π½πΌ As we mentioned earlier in the month, being recognised as our individual selves is incredibly important to work satisfaction .. not to mention, to the art of being memorable!β£β£

β Finally, take the time to reflect with your child post-interview. βπ» Again, get them comfortable with talking about their performance; where they felt most comfortable and in flow.. versus what questions they struggled to answer.β£β£
