Mental health takes time to heal and work through.

When I look back at who I was 12 years ago compared to the person I am today, I am light years ahead, yet I still had that spark inside of me back then.

I was still struggling so much Internally, yet I knew life was worth getting up for each day.

It all starts with a belief. That belief is you are worthy and deserving of everything you have and receive each day.
I had the positivity, I just did t have the belief back then.
