Hi everyone,
Are you ready to learn Reiki?
I am running a class in the next few weeks. It will be over 4 sessions of 4 hours between 9 and 2 on weekdays. If you are interested inbox or call me, and we can find a time that suits all students.
Cost is $250. It includes a manual, the book The Basics of Reiki by Penelope Quest and the taped meditations for you to practice at home. You will be able to give Reiki to friends and family straight after the course (Reiki 2 is needed to work professionally) 😁

Want to learn Reiki?
I’m holding 4 classes of 4 hours each. You will be attuned to Reiki 1, receive the book The Basics of Reiki by Penelope Quest and also the manual. Meditations are taped for you to use at home and I run regular meditation and Reiki practice sessions. Cost is $250 and payment options are available. My next classes run from 10am - 2pm on these dates:
Monday 16th, Friday 20th, Wed 25th and Fri 20th.

I also offer Past Life Assimilation

Past Life Assimilation is a guided energy healing in which the practitioner assists you to go back to the life that is blocking this life. By healing the block in that life you are able to change not only the block in this life but to remove the block from your past and future self. It is different to hypnosis because you are accessing the past life memory. It is the difference between watching a movie and being part of the play.
During the healing, you will sit comfortably in a chair. I will have my hands behind your head, on the Ascension Point. I will guide you through the whole experience. You will see a fog and then look down. You will see yourself as you were in that life. You will move around in that life and may see people around you from that life. Together we will find the blockage and see where it relates to this life. You will have the opportunity to communicate with your past self and gain insight and understanding about that life and this one.
This is a healing method not a form of entertainment. You do not choose which life you see, you see the life that is most blocking this one. This is a form of healing that should not be done lightly. You may feel emotionally uncomfortable during it. It is important to feel the feeling to then be able to release it. I will give you support throughout. If there are blocks then things will come up. If not, there will be no memory.
You may do as many past lives as you wish. You can do 2 lives in one sitting and then allow at least a week before any more.
Each life may take up to 30 minutes. Past life assimilation complements any of the other forms of healing I do; Pellowah, Reiki, Arbah and Massage.

I am now qualified to give Arbah healings

Arbah is a form of healing that was channelled to Kachina Ma’an by Spirit. It can bring about amazing changes in one’s mental, emotional and spiritual self.
A piece of the aura is cut open with the Arbah energy. Arbah energy allows a code for change to be instilled into your Aura. The energy that is introduced is the ‘Plasma Current’, which is a neutral energy with a code imprinted into it to encourage spiritual growth in the recipient. The piece is then replaced back into the Aura and joined again with the Arbah energy.
If grafting takes place it encourages the energy of the person to reconstruct the new type of energy introduced, thereby building the person and the aura of its own accord to duplicate and take on the new energy. The process can take up to 6 weeks to complete and is not always successful as it is similar to an organ transplant for the aura and is capable of rejection. Whether is successful depends on the will of the recipient towards self-growth. There is no ‘healing crisis’ with Arbah and no side effects.
Especially over the first 2 weeks the energy and personality of the person will change as it encourages the person to reconstruct the new energy from within, having been given the pattern to copy from. Basically it allows you to install within the aura the code for change. It is up to you how you use this new you to achieve all you want from life.

Kids Reiki Classes are returning!
Saturdays during the school term (starts 3 Feb)
Kids 7-12 year olds 10am - 11am
Teenagers 12 - 17 year olds 11.15am - 12.15pm

In level one in the kids class they focus on healing themselves.
Depending on the group and ages they will then practice on each other.
Teenagers will go on to learn in more detail.
The class will run like this:
1. Parents sign in. You are welcome to leave or to stay.
2. We will practise something called dry bathing, a simple activity that gets the body into ‘Reiki mode’.
3. We sit on the couch or a cushion. I talk them through a meditation.
4. We recite a simple version of the Reiki 5 Precepts
Today:
I am filled with love
I am at peace with everyone and everything
I live in immense gratitude for my many blessings
I am inspired by my work
I open my heart to the world and everything in it.
5. The children take turns receiving an attunement. They go one at a time and sit on a chair. I ‘tune’ them into the Reiki energy. I need to have their guardian present at this time.
6. We practice giving ourselves Reiki
7. Children will receive a Positives Journal, to write down anything positive that happens in their life. If they wish they may share anything they have written.
Classes run on Saturdays and school holidays at my home in Wyndham Vale. Classes are casual, you only pay on the days you attend.
I have many years of experience in working with children of all ages, both in a childcare setting (Montessori) and as a nanny. I am most passionate about children learning to be strong within themselves and to be able to have the focus and awareness within themselves to achieve whatever they wish for.

I have my Doterra essential oil diffusers in the room to create a relaxing atmostphere.

Each client will have the choice of a massage chair so they can remain fully dressed for a neck and shoulder massage or to lie on the massage table to reach other areas.

As a host you will receive:
- a free 15 min massage if 3 friends attend
- a free healing (Reiki or Pellowah) if 7 or more friends attend.

Reiki Level One Training

The best way to get the most out of Reiki is to learn it yourself. The level one Reiki course will attune you to the Reiki energy so you are able to heal yourself and others. You will also learn about the origins of Reiki and practice meditations that will improve your Reiki greatly.
Most Reiki courses are held over a whole weekend, which can be difficult for parents and people not able to put aside an entire weekend. I give the course at flexible times, during school hours. We can discuss your availability to find a time that suits best. My groups are small, up to 4 students.
The class consists of 7 classes of around 2 hours. The class suits both the complete beginner and also those who have studied other types of energy or natural healing. There is also an optional 8th class, in case you want to go over anything again.
It is entirely up to you how in depth you want to go. You may want to just learn in class and have the skill at your fingertips to help yourself and your family. If you are interested in taking your studies further, all of the meditations will be emailed to you so you can practice at home, and you will have plenty of exercises to work on at home. I will also offer regular practice meetings, in which you receive an attunement and we give each other healings.
It costs $250 up front or $40 a week for the 7 weeks.
