Are you in Victoria? Have you or someone close to you ever needed emergency care, but the situation wasn’t life-threatening? The Victorian Virtual Emergency Department is a 24-hour online emergency service, seven days a week. There is no leaving your home and waiting in the emergency department for hours. Be connected to doctors and nurses via a video call, receiving the same quality of care you would if you were in a hospital. Professionals will assess you, and if it is decided you do need to go to the hospital, this will be arranged immediately.
