A small moment for you that can make a big impact.

The first of the month is a perfect time to pause and check in with your body. By checking your breasts regularly, you learn what feels normal for you – and that makes it easier to spot any changes early.

Take a few minutes. Whether you’re standing or lying down, check your breasts using your three middle fingers and gentle pressure. Move from the inside out, covering the whole breast, then use soft circular motions all around – including under your arms.

Turn it into a simple monthly ritual – a little act of care, just for you.

At just 32, Susi was diagnosed with breast cancer. A moment that changed her life in an instant.
After surgery, she first wore a standard breast form, but something was still missing: that feeling of being comfortable in her own body.
With the Adapt Air Contact breast form, not only did Susi feel more natural, but also a sense that it’s part of her.
Her story shows how important the right support can be. Sometimes it's so much more than comfort: it can help you feel like yourself again.

Today, on the International Day of Action for Women’s Health, take a moment to pause and think about this:
every 14 seconds, somewhere in the world, a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer.

It's a number that really stays with you – and shows how important awareness, early detection and support are.

Because women’s health is about so much more than one single topic.
It means listening to your body, taking changes seriously and getting the support you need.

And it also means not being alone.
A strong community, knowledge and the right care can make a real difference.

So let’s keep paying attention, lifting each other up and being there along the way.
Today – and every day.

Don't under estimate the importance of a well fitting underbust band.
Did you know, your underbust band is designed to support 80% of the breast tissue or breast form weight.
Your bra straps are only designed to support 20% of the breast tissue or breast form weight.
Make sure you aren't putting extra strain on your shoulders & check the fit of your underbust band.

Feel natural. Every day.

The Natura breast form has been designed to adapt to your body as naturally as possible – in the way it moves, in the way it feels and in everyday life.

Thanks to Comfort+ technology, it responds to your body temperature.

With four different weight options, you can choose exactly the solution that suits your body and gives you the comfort you’re looking for.
Especially suitable if you have sensitive scars (for example itching or a feeling of tightness), after radiotherapy, with more pronounced secondary lymphoedema or if you have a fuller bust.

For a feeling that simply feels right.

Every woman is different, which is why we offer a variety of breast form styles.

Adapt Air adapts to your individual shape and gently smooths out unevenness – for such a light feel that you barely notice it and can feel whole again. Especially if you experience volume fluctuations or lymphoedema.

Contact is made for your active everyday life – whether you’re at work, exercising or out and about. It supports a natural weight distribution and is especially helpful if you have lymphoedema, as it adheres directly to the skin and creates a natural suction and a gentle massaging effect.

Adapt Air Contact also offers a self-adhesive solution even with uneven scar tissue – particularly suitable if you have lymphoedema or experience volume fluctuations. InTouch Light silicone gives you a pleasantly soft, noticeably light feel.

Small details that make all the difference.
For how you feel. For your everyday life.

Get regular advice from your local Amoena fitter and have your breast form checked – because the right solution is just as individual as you are.
