Hypnotherapy is beneficial for most changes a person wants to achieve for themselves when they are ready unless you want to make the change, nothing will change. You need to be ready and committed and really really want the change. A little about Hypnotherapy. You are in hypnotic states many times of the day. However, when you see a hypnotherapist you will have a relaxed state heightened to allow you the space to relax and for the conscious mind to have a rest, while the hypnotherapist gives suggestions of the change to the subconscious mind. You won't be leaving clucking like a chicken or kissing a donkey or actually not doing anything you do not want to do nor is moral for yourself. Once you are in a heightened relaxed state where you could drift off to sleep, some people don't have that experience and hear everything, after all, we all experience things for ourself. No two people are exactly the same. The therapist will choose the relevant therapy to apply the change. A trained hypnotherapist will know exactly which therapy will be the best for the change which is wanted. Hypnotherapy is very effective in the treatment of fears, phobias, relaxation, anxiety, depression, quitting smoking, weight loss, grief, pain management. The list is endless. You won't be seeing a hypnotherapist for months upon months years upon years, it is a very fast and effective non-invasive treatment which allows you to make the changes within self.

Did you know there are stages In change?

You think you want to do something.

It becomes something you really really want to do, and no longer i think i want to try.

You make whatever arrangements you need to in order to achieve that change. You get that change.

Ive heard people say oh I tried Hypno to quit Smoking it didnt work for me!
I talk to them and observe it wasnt actually the Hypno that didnt work. It was you were not ready. It wasnt the right time. No matter what you used it would not have worked.

What do you do for you?
There are five areas of importance in our lives.
1. Power and control- do you have power and control of yourself?ie your choice to smoke, eat chocolate, drink, do drugs, gambling, s*x, p**n, retail therapy. If you say I choose to do these I don’t need to and I can go without doing then you have power and control of self. If you can not leave them alone and you have too do it then you are out of control and have lost your own inner power. - want help to change out of control?
2. Loving and Belonging- we all need a sense of being a part of family or friends a sense of being loved. If you are missing that do you want help to regain this sense of belonging?
3 fun we all need to have fun. If you have lost that feeling- want help to regain it?
4. Freedom we all need freedom, freedom to make our own decision and choices, if you have lost that do you want help to regain it?
5. Survival this is having a roof over your head, paying bills, food- do you need help and guidance to feel satisfied in this need?

When any one or more are missing in our lives you may feel, depressed, anxious, sad, alone, overwhelmed, you may feel grief. If you want help reach out.

Some will not like what I’m about to share.

I was studying Paychology, into my 3rd year when I realised no way do I want to be keeping people in their story I wanted to help not just make money. I had learned about Hypnotherapy and the more I learned the more I loved it and knew that was really a valuable skill to learn. Hypnotherapy is straight to the problem area and allows you to resolve it within yourself.
I’ve seen clients who had been on mental health plans for years. Come to see me, they resolved the areas they needed with at the most 6 sessions.
To this day, I am passionate about hypnotherapy and the outstanding benefits it has for you.

Stop being labelled - often people own the label so stop it.

The new age go to is
You come from a toxic family,
Or you have adhd, or your autistic and it never got picked up.
Stop those labels.

Back in the 1900s the term Hysteria was well known, people would be admitted to psychiatric facilities due to their unbalance in emotions. These days it gets labelled bipolar, disassociative disorders, epilepsy….
See how the labels change over years. The treatments also change.

Don’t allow a label to define you.

Yesterday the Brisbane Lions won their game. In the coaches speech he said “they modelled the way the Sydney Swans played”.
That’s what champions do.
If you want to achieve your goal model someone who is a champion at it.
They don’t give up,
They are consistently practicing,
They keep their focus,
They don’t see losing as failure yet see it as a way to become the best at what they do,
They do their skill every day and don’t break their routine for anyone,
They are committed.
Anyone can be a champion
It’s your mindset that makes the difference.
