Healing doesn’t have to take a lifetime, it doesn’t have to be heavy, it doesn’t have to be hard and it doesn’t even have to cost you a fortune…

You just need to show up and say yes to yourself.

To set yourself free ~ This is the choice in saying I am worth this ~ I want this and this is mine.

The real question is ~ What is it that you really want?

Healing is Empowerment..

The goal has never been to be all Love and Light.. Not my clients anyways ~

I have done more then half of my life of inner work, studies and dedication to this path which means I want to work with the people I can help and where we both feel met.

I am a Qualified Reiki Master Teacher, Kinesiologist, Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Bodywork Massage Therapist and Vibrational Sound Medicine Practitioner.

For an in-person session with me my main two offerings are:

▫️1:1 Combination Healing
~ All of my healing modalities combined to create a shift, a release and to unblock limitations and dis-functions that prevent the individual from moving forward or living a life of health, ease, flow, alignment and abundance.

▫️Intuitive Bodywork Massage
~ To release and unlock stagnant energy/ trauma stored within the physical body.
A session is facilitated with intuitive talk therapy, guided breath awareness and specific massage techniques to go deeper into the cells for a release and for the healing to occur. This also helps with mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic imbalances.

~
To assist deeper in session, I also includes the use of Crystal Sound Bowl Therapy to reach at a cellular level all the way through to each layer of the energetic auric field. This allows for a complete whole being treatment.
