We are SO excited to be teaming up with the Pride Shed to deliver an online LGBTIQ+ peer fitness pilot program starting next Wednesday (17th May) on IDAHOBIT!

If you are living in the Geelong region, over 18 and looking to work on your fitness or simply move more, this 6 week program could be for you.

During the program, you'll meet other people with similar interests who you may buddy up with or connect with. And if gyms aren't your jam, you might want to try this ๐Ÿ™‚

This is NOT a 6 week workout bootcamp, it's a workshop-based introduction to online fitness. And you'll walk away knowing everything you need to know about getting started working out from home!

If you feel great chest binding, that's awesome!

If it doesn't feel good for you to chest bind, that's also just as awesome!

Do what feels good for you.

I personally chest bind and feel great about it. Bowie doesn't chest bind and feels great about that.

Figure out what makes you feel good. Either way, you are valid in your gender identity regardless of how you express yourself and present.

Stoked to be part of this article sharing the importance of creating LGBTQIA+ affirming training spaces.

And we're especially proud of being able to support one of the raddest humans we know Jodie SN not only with her trianing but also as she spoke up about her experiences navigating toxic gyms and training spaces.

There is still so much stigma around q***r bodies in training spaces and conversations about this are so important.

Way to go The Sydney Morning Herald for helping start the conversation.

We are SO excited to be finalists for the Globe Community Awards, in the 'Improving Health and Wellbeing for LGBTIQ Peoples' category!

We've worked our butts off this year bringing inclusive fitness training for q***r and TGD folks, not just in Victoria, but Australia-wide and around the world.

And we feel so honored to be among the other finalists, Thorne Harbour Health and Rainbow Connect who are doing MASSIVE things for our community.

And we LOVE that the Globe Awards night will be in-person next year...

I remember all the wonderful performances.

The emotionally-driven speeches.

Seeing friends be acknowledged for all the hard work supporting our community.

When the wait staff randomly started dancing.

Celebrating q***r awesomeness and people doing amazing things for our community!

Dancing all night, partying with people we are usually professional with and making new friends.

Oh how I long for experiences like this again.
