She has been a loyal associate member of OBA for many years. Her jovial personality will be missed.

OCTOBER WEBINAR - Daylight Saving Times

Instructor Tiffany Beese is hosting the member webinar on Tuesday 15th October 2024 AEDT.

Topic: 'What we notice and what we observe in Phase 4'

'In this webinar, I will explain the processes and the signs of when the body has completed the movement of the release and the signs that, as a practitioner, you need to notice. This ranges from rebound to recoil, breath, giggling or even tears when the release happens. I will be delving into the body's system to help understand and notice what may be going on for the person, and their releases that are unique for them. How to track what is going on and work with the body's process to release.'

Free Introduction to his Demo skills course coming up in September by Instructor Rob Rich

One of the really important aspects you need to upskill in, if you want to have a financially successful Ortho-Bionomy practice is how to talk about what we do in sessions to a broad array of potential clients.

This may sound obvious yet this remains one of the biggest challenges for most students and as a community we generally suck at articulating well what we do, a quick look at videos on youtube will show you how poorly we answer the question “what is Ortho-Bionomy?”

For years I experimented with different responses and tracked what made sense to the most people until I found a response that would often get “that makes sense” and my ability to shift a person from a potential client to booking a session became a lot easier.

As you near the end of your practitionership getting good at explaining what Ortho-Bionomy is becomes a limiting factor on your ability to create an income from your Ortho-Bionomy practice.

To assist people at this stage in their training I will be running an online version of the demo skills course run over 4 weeks. There will be a free introduction on August 29th (6-6.30pm )

Then we will meet for 2 hours every Thursday in September (with the possibility of another 2 hours in the first week of October if needed).

Flick me an email if you would like the zoom link to join for the free intro.

🗣️OBA Member Webinar with Instructor Rob Rich🗣️
🔜Topic: 'Exploring Interoception' 🔜

'Interoception is the flow of information from receptors in our body. The majority of this flow of information is subconscious, yet once we choose to become conscious of an aspect, we can perceive and understand what is happening within that system in a more nuanced way. In this talk, we will explore interoception in an embodied way and see how it relates to what we notice during sessions.'
