Nordic Walking Proficiency Course on Mornington Peninsula

4 sessions course. Over 4 weeks ( extended to 5 weeks if a session has to be cancelled due to weather).

When : Monday 5.15 to 6.15pm, starting 16th of November 2020

Participants: Maximum 10 (+ instructor). You must be able to walk without aid for 400 metres.

What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes, sun hat or raincoat!
