We’re so happy to have appeared on 7 News last night ✨

We’ve always thought of our Melbourne space as a hidden jewel of the city. Our walls hold endless stories, artists, and the people we’ve had the privilege to serve and care for over the years.

On 4 February, we take a moment to reflect on World Cancer Day.
Within the walls of Creative Wigs, we have heard countless stories. Stories of strength, vulnerability, hope, and resilience. Every person who walks through our door is met with empathy, care, and respect, because we understand that this journey is never just physical, it’s deeply emotional.

We are incredibly proud of the work we do and the impact it has on the lives of those we serve.

Today, we also want to share inspiring news from Spanish researcher Mariano Barbacid, who has recently achieved an important scientific milestone. It may seem like a small step, but it represents meaningful progress and brings us closer to a future where cancer can be better understood and treated.

Backstage on Sunday, 7 December 2025, just before stepping onto the stage for Newcastle Dance Academy’s End of Year Annual Performance at the Civic Theatre. 🎭✨
Such a fun and unforgettable experience!

I wore a stunning piece from Creative Wigs’ Marie Antoinette range in Melbourne. On this occasion, my wig was fitted by George from East Maitland Salon — a true professional who has worked on iconic films like The Great Gatsby, Moulin Rouge, Star Wars, Australia, Priscilla Queen of the Desert and so many more. 🎬💫

I’m only an amateur dancer and mainly perform once a year with Newcastle Dance Academy. I also compete in Ballroom, though I haven’t worn a wig for those performances yet. Dancing brings me so much joy, and I hope to continue for many years to come. 💙

I’m not posting actively on Instagram at the moment, but I do love watching reels and following Creative Wigs online for inspiration.
