Some soreness is normal after a workout, but certain pains could be a sign of something more serious. Here are a few red flags to watch out for:
👉🏼Sharp or stabbing pain during movement
👉🏼Swelling or bruising that doesn’t ease
👉🏼Pain that wakes you at night or worsens with rest
👉🏼Joint pain that feels unstable or locks up
👉🏼Numbness or tingling
