✨Transitioning your baby out of the swaddle? Try the one-arm method! ✨

Start by unswaddling one arm while keeping the other snug. This helps your little one adjust gradually to the new sleeping style. Watch for cues and comfort them during the process of needed. It’s all about making this change smoother for both of you! 🌙💤
(This transition needs to take place when baby begins rolling from their back to their front or by 6 months latest)

💙Nearly 10 month old M has been having all his naps in a moving pram and needing to be pat to sleep at bedtime and very frequently overnight.He's also been having 2 milk feeds overnight 😴Last night, after implementing my sleep plan, for the first time M settled himself to sleep in his cot and managed to self settle with no overnight feeds!! 🙌 Tonight bedtime was a breeze and he self settled so quickly! What a little champ!💙

It's feedback like this that makes my day! Even with mild sleep apnoea (awaiting adenoid removal surgery) we were able to work on the behavioural side of this toddlers sleep. He is now sleeping through the night and it was so easy for Mum and Dad too! 🌛🌛🌛

So nice to finally hang out with my friend and her little iso-baby. Of course we had a really good chat about her sleep and routines.
This is baby number 4 and she is rocked to sleep. Mum is content to do so for a little longer and there is nothing wrong with that if it suits her lifestyle. Yes she may wake more often overnight to be resettled and take some extra effort to put to sleep, but it works for them! As all my friends and clients know, my professional motto is- "Nothing is a problem, unless it's a problem for you." I loved all the cuddles ❤️
