FLO Saline Plus nasal spray helps to relieve symptoms of cold and flu, hayfever and allergy. Here’s how to use it properly.

Step 1: First prime the pump by pressing down several times until the spray is seen

Step 2: Insert the tip of the nozzle and angle it towards the earlobe on the same side as the nostril being treated

Step 3: Spray the number of sprays recommended for the dose

Step 4: Gently blow your nose with a soft tissue
