A 2-hour evening workshop created to bring clarity to the questions every woman deserves answers to.

Alongside our beautiful panel of familiar faces from the studio; a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist & Dietitian, we’ll be exploring:

• Strength training
• The menstrual cycle
• Perimenopause & menopause
• Nutrition & supplements

And of course, there’ll be plenty of time for your questions. You’ll leave with evidence-based insights tailored to women’s wellness (and a little goodie bag 🤍)
