I have successfully completed a major in psychology, at Monash University, as part of a Bachelor of Social Science Degree, and have over 10 years counselling experience. Completed training in NLP, Life Coaching , Hypnotherapy, CBT, Family, and Relationship Counselling. In addition, I am a prolific reader of psychological and “New Age” research and I am constantly updating and evaluating the techniques and methods I use.
