Return to the infinite

When we turn attention inward, not to thoughts or sensations, but to the awareness that knows them. This is freedom’s threshold. 

A point where "Awareness is watching Awareness” this is not a practice but simply the natural state when attention no longer chases objects.  

Awareness is not observed, it is the observer. When we rest as the seer, you discover it is not of body or mind. It is vast, silent, changeless, and infinite.  

This infinate is a return to ones natural state 

Reiki teaches through stages to sit quietly. To let thoughts go. To notice you are aware and to  attend to awareness itself. 

The mind may wander but simply return to rest in the abiding stillness. Awareness watching awareness. No effort, no imagination. Simply rest as that, just being.  

This doorway to Self-realisation requires no belief or time, only sincerity and courage to apply the methods.

I was honoured to be able to facilitate a beautiful commitment ceremony for people who hold Reiki Buddha Dharma close to their heart.

This wonderful celebration brought together the external Sangha of friends and family but also the inner Sangha of higher awareness and support as these two started a Dharmic path together.

This commitment is not only in sharing a relationship but it's about the provision of support on a Dharmic path.

🌟 Help Bring Tambo’s Spark Back 🐾

Over the weekend, we visited Tambo — a dingo Rachel helped raise from a pup. He now lives at Jirrahlinga Dingo Sanctuary, a place full of heart but stretched thin on resources.

Seeing Tambo broke our hearts. His eyes, once full of mischief and joy, now seem dim. The sanctuary team works tirelessly, but they need help to give these beautiful animals the life they deserve.

Rachel’s mission is simple but powerful: provide high-quality enrichment to reignite the spirit in Tambo and his fellow dingos.
