In Reiki we adhere to 5 precepts. Precepts 3 relates to diligence in daily practice and 5th Precept relates to being kind to all beings.

During our retreat we observed these through the practice of Joyous Effort which is the practice of courage to keep showing up with an open heart. It’s the gentle discipline of choosing growth over comfort, compassion over hesitation, and purpose over distraction.

When we cultivate joyful effort, our actions become lighter, our intentions clearer, and our path brighter. May every step you take today be infused with this steady, uplifting energy.
