1. You’re not eating enough.
Skipping meals or eating too little slows your energy right down.

2. You’re relying on quick fixes, coffee, sugar, or processed snacks give short bursts, then crashes.

3. Your body is overwhelmed.
Stress, poor sleep and constant “starting again” takes a toll

“I lost weight so quickly at the start then it stopped.”

I hear this all the time.

And I want you to understand something really important

That quick release in the first few weeks?
It’s often not body fat.

It’s fluid.

When you change the way you’re eating, your body uses stored energy (glycogen)
and with that, it releases water.

So yes
the weight releases quickly.

You might feel less bloated.
Your clothes might feel a little looser.

But then things slow down.

And this is the moment many women think, It’s not working.

So they stop.
Or start again the next Monday.

This is where the cycle continues.

But the truth is

Nothing has gone wrong.

This is where real change actually begins.

Because real lasting results aren’t about quick drops on the scale they are built through consistent, supportive habits over time.

Nourishing your body
Moving in a way that feels good
Shifting the way you think about food and yourself

That’s where the magic is.

Not in the first 2 weeks.

I’ve worried about what people might think. I’ve worried about not being perfect.

But staying quiet about diet culture and the harm it causes women, would be a bigger mistake.

So I’m choosing to show up.

Imperfect. Courageous. Committed.

I’ll be running my webinar every week because this conversation matters. And you matter.

What is diet culture?

It’s the belief that your worth is tied to your body,
that restriction equals health,
and that you should always be starting again on Monday.

Most women think they need more motivation to feel better.

But motivation comes and goes.
Life gets busy. Energy dips. Weather changes. Mood shifts.

And if motivation is the only thing carrying you, everything stops when it disappears.

That’s why habits matter more.

A simple walk.
A nourishing meal.
Going to bed a little earlier.
Drinking water.
Stepping outside for fresh air.

Small things, done consistently, create real change.

Some days I feel motivated to move.
Some days I don’t.

But I’ve built the habit of showing up anyway, gently, not perfectly.

And that’s what builds energy, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.

Love the version of you who is still learning, growing, and becoming.

You don’t need to earn rest, nourishment, or kindness.

You are already worthy of it.

So today, whether you are celebrating with someone special or just enjoying a quiet moment to yourself, remember!

The most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with you.

Some mornings, getting dressed doesn’t feel simple, it feels emotional. 😭
Clothes that once felt like you suddenly feel uncomfortable, tight, or just not it.

So here’s a little practice I love ❤️ it’s a form of self support. 💚

A way to support yourself on the days you feel a bit more tender.

✨ Create a comfort drawer✨

This isn’t about giving up or hiding.
It’s about creating a space that feels safe, soft and supportive.
Like a gentle exhale 😮‍💨

Fill it with pieces that feel good on your body and calm your nervous system:

👉 Your comfiest clothes that you actually love wearing
👉 A scent, a small photo, or a little reminder that brings you back to you
👉 Something uplifting, a scarf, earrings, or a colour that makes you feel like YOU again

Because when you open that drawer, you’re not just choosing clothes
You’re choosing kindness, safety, and steadiness.

And every woman deserves to feel held even on the harder days. 🤍🌿

So many women have been taught to believe that health comes from restriction…

from rules…

from constantly trying to fix their bodies.

But diet culture quietly disconnects you from your intuition

It teaches guilt instead of trust

Control instead of care

Real wellbeing isn’t found in another plan, program, or set of food rules.

It’s found when you begin listening to your body again nourishing it, moving it with kindness, and letting go of the shame that was never yours to carry.

You don’t need to be “better.”

You don’t need to be smaller.

You don’t need to start over every Monday.

You deserve a relationship with food and your body that feels calm, supportive, and sustainable 🤍

Before the year officially closes, I feel called to pause and reflect because this year has been one of deep learning, growth, and support and I haven’t done it alone.

✨ A little reminder as Christmas approaches✨

With Christmas just around the corner, I know many women start to feel that familiar worry creep in

“I’m going to eat too much”
“I’ll put on weight”
“I’ll undo all my hard work”

Let me gently remind you of this 🤍

Christmas is one day (or a few days) of celebration, connection, laughter and love
It’s not a measure of your worth
It’s not a test of your willpower
And it’s definitely not something to fear

Food at this time of year is about sharing, tradition and joy
You’re allowed to enjoy it
You’re allowed to be present
You’re allowed to say yes without guilt

And if things feel a little off afterwards that’s okay too
There is no “falling off the wagon” here
It is just life and the ability to gently come back to what supports you

Nothing is ruined
Nothing is lost
You can always begin again with kindness, not punishment

So this Christmas, give yourself permission to enjoy the moment

Your body, your health, and your wellbeing are far more resilient than you’ve been led to believe. 🎄✨
