Well… what an utterly rejuvenating experience that was at 💦✨

My beautiful bestie Rachael treated me to the Ultimate Package — four divine therapies that left me floating!

It all began with a vibration sound bath — so gentle and soothing, it felt like my whole body sighed in relief. Then came this incredible dry massage capsule that melted every bit of tension and left my fascia singing with gratitude.

Next up… my absolute favourite — the infrared capsule! Imagine warm infrared heat, essential oils, and hot stones wrapping you in bliss. Honestly, I could do that every single day! ☀️💫

And to finish, a heavenly lymphatic compression massage — exactly what my poor legs and feet needed after all the moving madness.

It means the world to me being able to nurture people , using my training as holistic beauty therapist I have expanded to include support work.
Each week I file & polish ,taking a selection of colours to choose from and sitting on the floor I perform a lymphatic drainage massage to help reduce the inflammation caused by arthritis.
We drink coffee , laugh lots and now and then I’ll take a sweet treat.
For some that I visit their world has become restricted by ageing, medical issues and thr list goes on.
When I am with them I try and bring the world 🌍 to them . Create a beautiful space to escape and feel special and seen.
This work aligns so deeply with my heart’s purpose.
For those of you who have already booked your next session at my new space in Altona I am looking forward to bringing pure serenity & bliss.
I also love that I expanded to mobile .
For some of you knowing you can literally fall into bed or just relax on your sofa straight after has been pure joy to watch.
